Hello Baba, we thank God for His goodness and for the amazing ways He works. Our God has many different ways of reaching people, and sometimes He prepares a heart long before we even arrive to share the Gospel. Baba , I want to share a powerful testimony from today.
We had the opportunity to meet a Hindu pandit. At first, I honestly did not feel like going to him, but by God’s grace, we went and greeted him with “Salaam.”
Then we began sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ with him. Suddenly, the pandit looked at us and asked, “Which God are you talking about? I have been searching for this God for the past three months.” He told us that for the last three months, while doing his prayers and worship, he had repeatedly been taking the name of Jesus. But he did not understand why this name was continually coming to his lips. He had been searching, asking questions, and seeking God, without knowing that God was already drawing him toward Jesus Christ.
Then, when we shared the Gospel and explained who Jesus is, he said, “Now I understand. This is the God I have been searching for. I want to accept Him.” What touched my heart even more was that he immediately called his disciples and shared with them what had just happened. He told them, “For three months I have been searching for this God, and today I have found Him. I want to follow Him and accept Jesus Christ.” Then, by the grace of God, the pandit and his disciples openly accepted Jesus Christ.
Baba, this reminded me that God is already working in people’s hearts before we ever meet them. Sometimes we may think someone is far away from God, but God may already be preparing that person through questions, hunger, dreams, circumstances, or even a name they cannot understand. Today, we simply became witnesses of what God had already begun. All glory belongs to Jesus Christ! 🙏❤️ Please pray for this pandit and his disciples—that their faith will become strong, that they will grow deeply in the Word of God, and that their lives will become a powerful testimony to their community. May the Lord protect them, guide them, strengthen them, and use them to bring many more people to Jesus. The harvest truly belongs to the Lord. We only need to be willing to GO when He opens the door.
